Border Types

Merrowed Border

A thick, uniform border is applied using specialized overlockers, wrapping around the outer edge of the patch. The merrow border is perfect for symmetrical shapes.

No Border

The edge of the patch features no visible stitching, with stitches securely held in place by an interior loop stitch.

Embroidered Border

A clean finished border for semi-precise shapes.

Laser Cut Border

The satin stitch border is the most commonly used option, applied directly onto the patch. After that, the patch is precisely cut around the border using a laser.

Frayed Edges

This border type adds a distinctive flair to your custom patch. The edges are secured with an interior stitch while remaining loose around the perimeter.
